Changes In Scheduling
In order to best serve all of our customers, we are making some changes to the way we schedule appointments.
Below is the new process:
You will receive a text message from (205) 583-2822 (our automated system number) 7-10 days before the proposed date of service.
This text will contain the service to be performed, the proposed date and time of service. If the proposed time works for you, reply with “Yes” and you are all set.
If the date or time doesn’t work, simply reply to the message with the dates/times that work for you, and we will set up the appointment from there.
You will also receive an email reminder 2-3 days before the appointment. If something has come up, and you need to reschedule, reply to the email and let us know.
Also, don’t worry if you can’t/don’t want to receive texts or emails to set up! Just let us know and we can still give you a phone call to set everything up.
