We complete these inspections and reports at a normal cost of $150. These costs can be reduced or completely eliminated due to a number of reasons. If a relationship with a realtor is established, this price will decrease. If the house is currently under contract with us with either the termite bait system or the liquid termite treatment, this inspection and report will be completed at no additional charge.

Convenient

We work hard to complete these as soon as possible. We have completed them before with an 8-hour notice, though we prefer more time than that and we can't guarantee that it can be completed that quickly.
We also offer the reports either as a physical paper copy given to the realtor/buyer/seller at the time of the inspection, or as a digital copy that can be emailed as a PDF instantly to whomever needs a copy.

We note any active infestations of these organisms, any previous infestations of these organisms, and any damage these organisms have caused. We also do a rough graph of the house detailing where they were found and a written description of where they were found.
